Welcome to the Foundational Playlist
You’re here because something in your body recognized itself.
This page is where you receive the basic set of soundscapes that make up the Biology of Celebration designed to support your body’s innate intelligence through rhythm, repetition, and feeling.
There is nothing you need to do “right.”
Simply notice how your system responds.
What this collection supports
This playlist is not designed to “fix” emotions or override experience.
It’s designed to meet the whole system including organs, tissues, nervous and endocrine signaling, relational circuitry, and the electromagnetic field — and offer a coherent, life-inducing signal.
Each track functions as a gentle permission for the body to:
• relax protective patterns
• complete interrupted responses
• recognize safety, ease, and celebration as available

The language in these songs is designed to:
* Invite your innate intelligence to participate in your wellbeing
* Gently stretch awareness beyond familiar constructs of reality
* Acknowledge that we don’t actually know what is required—and that life does
A musical orientation tool that fosters aliveness.
The Foundational Playlist includes:
Permission Granted Track - Start here
A track designed to offer choice, foster willingness, and facilitate inner agreement.
This is especially helpful when change, rest, or joy feels unfamiliar.
Between Here and There - For moments of Intensity

A safe welcoming space for aspects that aren’t ready to celebrate yet.
A soundscape that acknowledges and comforts protective, resistant, or hurting parts of the system without trying to override or bypass them.
Full Song Collection
Each song is offered in **four versions**:
• Two **Day** versions — supportive of movement, activity, and engagement
• Two **Night** versions — slower, settling, and supportive of rest and sleep
You’re invited to listen to both or create your own playlists based on what your body prefers.
Foundational PDF
A short, gentle guide that offers listening tips, context, and invitations — without turning the experience into a mental exercise.
